Client Description:
As one of the Philippine’s leading real estate developers with over 40 years’ experience, Filinvest’s business has historically focused on the development and sale of affordable and middle-market residential lots and housing units to lower and middle-income markets throughout the Philippines. It has developed over 2,400 hectares of land, and provided home sites for over 150,000 families, which makes it one of the largest home providers in the Philippines today.
Client Requirements:
Filinvest needed the ability to provide real-time sales information to agents to help their selling process. To facilitate this, customer details and requirements had to be captured effectively and information about available properties and pricing had to be immediately retrievable for presentation to the customer. Additionally, they have had requirements to design, build, deploy and update 10 project websites.
How we helped:
We designed, developed and deployed the mobile Sellers Hub, a hybrid mobile application built for agents aiming to sell properties, anytime, anywhere. Accessing the Filinvest repository, agents can answer frequently asked questions by prospective customers with confidence and provide pricing options, from spot, bank financing, in-house financing, and much more. When customers are ready to buy a property, the mobile app can receive information from them, such as taking pictures of the applicants and their documents, and finally sending them a Unit Computation Sheet containing prices based on their selections. We have also designed, built and deployed numerous websites in use today, and perform SEO for Filinvest.
Key Results:
Filinvest began using The Sellers Hub Mobile in January 2017. It has a 5-star rating, has been installed 1,000 – 5,000 times as at time of writing and is available on Google Play Store1 for Android and App Store2 for iOS.
